1. Services

ClearMark Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to:
   •    Driveway and paving cleaning
   •    Patio and outdoor surface cleaning
   •    Pressure washing and soft washing
   •    Mould, dirt, and grime removal
   •    Surface preparation prior to sealing

Service availability may vary depending on weather conditions, surface condition, and location.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by ClearMark Pressure Washing are estimates based on the information available at the time.

Prices may change if:
   •    The surface area differs from the initial estimate
   •    Additional contamination or staining is present
   •    Access to the area is restricted or requires additional labour

Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved before work continues.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:
   •    Bank transfer
   •    Cash
   •    Other payment methods agreed upon prior to the job

Failure to make payment within the agreed time may result in additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
   •    The work area is accessible at the scheduled time
   •    Pets and obstacles are removed from the cleaning area
   •    Electrical outlets and water access are available if required

ClearMark Pressure Washing is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

5. Surface Condition Disclaimer

Pressure washing can reveal pre-existing damage or deterioration that may not have been visible before cleaning.

This may include:
   •    Loose or damaged pavers
   •    Weak mortar or jointing sand
   •    Flaking paint or coatings
   •    Surface wear or structural damage

ClearMark Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing surface conditions.

6. Stain Removal

While we aim to remove the majority of stains, some stains (such as oil, rust, tannins, and deep organic staining) may not be fully removable.

Results may vary depending on the type, age, and depth of the stain.

7. Weather Conditions

Services may be postponed due to weather conditions including heavy rain, storms, or unsafe working conditions. If this occurs, a new booking time will be arranged.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

9. Liability

ClearMark Pressure Washing takes all reasonable precautions to perform services safely and professionally.

However, we are not liable for:
   •    Pre-existing damage to surfaces
   •    Damage caused by structural weaknesses or improper installation
   •    Issues arising from materials that are unsuitable for pressure washing

10. Website Use

All content on this website including images, text, and branding is the property of ClearMark Pressure Washing and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

ClearMark Pressure Washing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
