Refund Policy

At ClearMark Pressure Washing, we take pride in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services. Because our services are completed on-site and involve time, labour, and equipment, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed.

Service Satisfaction

If a customer is not satisfied with the results of a service, they must notify ClearMark Pressure Washing within 24 hours of job completion.

Where reasonable, we will return to inspect the area and may offer:

• A re-clean of the affected area
• A partial adjustment to the service
• Another solution agreed upon by both parties

Our goal is always to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.

Surface and Stain Disclaimer

Exterior cleaning can reveal pre-existing damage or deterioration that may not have been visible prior to cleaning.

This may include but is not limited to:

• Loose or damaged pavers
• Worn or deteriorated concrete
• Weak mortar or jointing sand
• Previous surface damage or stains

ClearMark Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or structural weaknesses.

Stain Removal

While we aim to significantly improve the appearance of surfaces, some stains such as:

• Oil stains
• Rust stains
• Deep organic staining

may not be fully removable depending on their severity and age.

For this reason, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in rare circumstances where:

• The service was not delivered as agreed, and
• The issue cannot reasonably be corrected through re-cleaning or service adjustment.

Any refund decisions are made at the discretion of ClearMark Pressure Washing.
